Eloísa B. Raya de Vera, an attorney-at-law specialized in Foreign Affairs (FLACSO -San Andrés) and   Intellectual Property (UCLM – Spain), with a Master’s Degree in Regional Integration Processes with emphasis on Mercosur (UBA), and in International Economic Relations (UB-Spain), International Law Institute Director of the San Martin’s Bar Association, and  Technical Coordinator of the International Trade Law Master’s Program at UAI,  a Private International Law and Integration Law full professor at UM.
